1. Do we have continuing care available if it is needed?

Although Sonoma Hills is not licensed to provide medical services, we have partnered with several home health care companies to provide affordable in home care as needed. Why pay assisted living prices before it’s necessary?

2. Do we have a full kitchen or a kitchenette?

Kitchenette consists of a stove top burner, refrigerator, counter top and cupboards.

3. Do we provide transportation and where do we go?

Yes, we provide transportation in the Sonoma area, for those who would like to use it. We have the city divided in half, residents schedule doctor’s appointments or shopping trips according to the following schedule:

Monday – Wednesday 8am-4pm
Thurs (Trip Day)
Friday – Saturday 8am-2pm
Sunday Church Only

4. May I make suggestions for the activities calendar?

If there are certain things you enjoy doing that are not on the Sonoma Hills calendar, the Social Director would love to hear your ideas and suggestions.

5. I would like to have my family members attend some of the activities that are scheduled. Is it possible to include them?

Absolutely! You may always contact the Social Director to make arrangements and get the details.
