Sonoma Hills Retirement Center is the newest, finest and brightest independent retirement community in Sonoma.  Our one story 80 apartment complex offers a causally elegant environment of comfort, safety, and peace of mind; where you will forever leave behind the trouble of paying those endless monthly bills for utilities, groceries, trash collection, maintenance fees, and property taxes. Here friends and our fun-loving staff quickly become part of your extended family.  

Most of our spacious apartments are one-bedroom units; however, we do have a limited number of studio and two bedroom units.  All of the apartments include individual central climate control, ceiling fans, a full-sized electric kitchen, berber carpeting, drapes, and are handicap accessible.  Our dependable, hard working housekeepers, Anita and Hilaria, provide weekly housekeeping services.  Resident laundry rooms are conveniently located throughout the building; however, washer/dryers are available for individual apartments at a small monthly fee.

Join us for three delicious meals prepared by our professional Chef, Mark.  Our thoughtful dining staff will offer you personalized service as you dine.  Residents and their guests can relax in our spacious lounge with a big screen color television.  You can also enjoy our private dining room, where holidays and birthdays are celebrated. In the Activity Room, you will find residents taking exercise class, yoga, or getting together for our Friday Social Hour. Lorrie, our onsite Activity Director, will lead you on the outdoor walking path every Monday.  You can participate in the weekly card game, followed by crafts, jewelry making and other fun filled activities.  When it is time to pamper yourself, stop by our onsite Beauty & Barber Shop and let our cosmetologist provide you with a spectrum of services.  If you need a ride to the bank, doctor, store, or other personal chores, Bob, our trusted driver, will gladly take you there. Our staff has longevity and that translates into satisfaction and pride taken in their jobs.

Staff is available 24 hours daily.  You can access our gracious and caring staff promptly from your apartment by using our Emergency Call System. Outside doors are locked every evening for your protection.  Each apartment has been equipped with deadbolt locks, fire sprinklers, and smoke detectors. We are also a gated community, which adds up to the ultimate in Comfort and Safety.
